A holiday display you lease for the season, and landscape lighting you own for good. Here is where each one starts, and what is different about them. Whichever you choose, your proposal includes a rendering of your own home in light, so you see it before you decide.

One number, the whole season: design, install, all-season service, takedown, and storage. You never own the display; it stays ours, on our shelves, between seasons. We set your exact lease from your home's measurements and photos.
Landscape · owned, permanent
from $5,000
A permanent system designed on site and built into your grounds, yours to own and keep. No lease, no takedown. Optional service plans keep it tuned. We set your exact price after the evening design visit.

The plan
We consult, draw the display from your home's measurements and photos, and confirm your lease. Holiday dates fill through the fall, so the earlier you reach out, the better the install window.
The holiday lease
Installed before the first hard freeze, tended through the new year, then removed and stored. This is the seasonal lease, from $2,500.
Landscape lighting
Path, uplighting, and architectural lighting designed on site and installed any season. This one you own outright, from $5,000, with an optional service plan to keep it tuned.
