This one you own. A landscape install is a permanent system we design, build into your property, and hand over as yours. No seasonal lease, no takedown. We can maintain it on a simple service plan, but the fixtures, the wiring, and the design belong to you. (The holiday display works the other way, leased and fully managed; see holiday lighting.)

The system.

Low-voltage, weatherproof fixtures set into the landscape and wired to last through Denver winters. We design the layers so the property reads at night without a single fixture in view: the light is what you see, never the source.

A landscape system is designed in place. We walk the property in the evening to see how the light should fall, where the shadows want to sit, and which trees deserve the eye. Your proposal then includes a rendering of your own home in light, so you see the result before any fixture goes in the ground.
