You lease the display for the season; you never own it. Inside that one price: the design, the install, the tending, the takedown, and the storage. The display stays ours, on our shelves, ready again next winter. Below is what the lease covers.
Five things, one price.
This is the whole of the lease. Nothing on this list is an add-on or a surprise.
Design
A display drawn to your architecture from your home's measurements and photos. You approve the plan before a strand goes up.
Install
Commercial-grade light, cut to your roof and set by hand. Tree wraps, greenery, wreaths, and garland where the home calls for it.
Service
Season-long care. A dim bulb or a dropped line is ours to fix, usually before you notice it.
Takedown
We remove everything at the end of the season. No bins in your garage, no January ladders.
Storage
The display is ours. We label it and keep it, so next season goes up faster from our shelves.

Holiday lighting.
Each display is designed to your architecture, your trees, and the way your home should read from the street. Commercial-grade C9 bulbs, cut to your roof to the inch, never draped or guessed.
- Roofline: eaves, ridges, hips, and a bulb on every rake peak
- Gingerbread lining around edges, windows, and arched entries
- Wrapped trees and bushes, lit walkways and bed edges
- Wreaths and garland on peaks, doors, and arches
- Warm white, or red and white, or full color
- Hung on clips that leave no holes, on an automatic dusk timer
- Design, install, all-season care, and takedown
Tree lighting.
Large trees wrapped trunk to limb in warm C9 light are the most dramatic thing on a property, and the most demanding to do well. It is the most hand labor we take on, install and takedown both, which is why it reads like nothing else on the street.
