What does "fully managed" actually mean?
It means you touch nothing. We design the display to your home, install it, tend it through the season, take it down, and store it for you until next winter. Nothing lives in your garage and nothing is yours to handle.
How much is the holiday display, and what is included?
Holiday displays start at $1,500. That one price covers everything: the design drawn to your home, professional install, service all season on a dusk timer, takedown after the holidays, and storage until we set it fresh again next year.
How is landscape lighting priced?
Landscape lighting starts at $5,000, and every property is different, so we set your exact price after an on-site visit. We walk the property after dark to see how the light should fall, then send a proposal with a rendering of your home lit. Every install ends with a night-time aiming pass, where we adjust each fixture by eye so the beams land right and nothing glares.
What kind of fixtures do you install?
We use professional solid-brass and bronze fixtures with buried, weatherproof wiring, not the plastic units that fade and crack in a season. Brass weathers to a soft patina and keeps working, which is why a well-built system lasts ten to twenty years instead of a couple.
